I'm going to visit the gift show in Atlanta and hopefully do some "shop-shopping". Don't know exactly how much time I will have to explore Atlanta as I have heard just the gift show is overwhelming but I have never been there.
There is a big antique show when I'm there but it looks like a high end "Portland Expo" type show which is totally not me...I like the thrill of the hunt....not the thrill of paying top dollar!
I've heard the aquarium is fantastic....what should I do??

Oh, Atlanta!! Wish I could go with you. The Aquarium is really something to see if you have time. I wish I could have gone just plain junking while there. It would be fun to find old southern things :>)

i don't know if this is too late for you but I would highly recommend Scott's Antique Market outside booths. Also the aquarium is amazing. Paris on Ponce is a fun (highend) shop. If you do go to the market stop outside the south bldg and say hi to my friend john.
I will come visit you at the shop when you get back.
